Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Worker to join their team. As a Facilities Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Worker

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: 10-hour Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Maintain interior and exterior of building, grounds, and structure to ensure everything is operable and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Provide emergency and scheduled minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Work with contracted vendors during maintenance or repair activities, establishing good rapport to ensure quality service and quick response times.
  • Perform routine inspections of the warehouse, keep office and dock areas stocked with supplies, and assist with internal employee workstation or office moves.
  • Assist with ongoing building projects and deliver packages or materials to various departments as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, regulations, and business documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applicable to warehouse and dock operations.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with management, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED, with demonstrated experience in facility and grounds maintenance.
