Job Summary:

The Facilities Associate I supports daily facility operations by performing cleaning, basic maintenance, and general building services. This role includes janitorial duties, minor repairs, assisting with office moves, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including restrooms, floors, windows, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials properly.
• Follow standard cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or cleaning needs to supervisors.
• Assist with office moves, including moving furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Help with basic facility maintenance such as painting, minor repairs, and door or ceiling fixes.
• Respond to maintenance requests when needed.
• Assist with warehouse inventory and storage tasks.
• Conduct basic facility inspections to identify repair or maintenance needs.
