The Role
We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to lead daily facility operations and maintenance in a server manufacturing environment. This role ensures that facility systems, utilities, and critical cooling infrastructure operate safely, reliably, and efficiently to support uninterrupted production.
You’ll lead a team of technicians, respond to real-time facility challenges, and help drive operational excellence across the site.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead facility maintenance technicians (scheduling, training, coaching)
- Oversee daily operations of:
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and utilities
- Critical cooling systems (cooling towers, CDUs, pumps, heat exchangers)
- Respond to and resolve facility issues impacting production and uptime
- Make real-time decisions during system alarms, failures, or utility interruptions
- Ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Partner with Engineering, Production, EHS, and Quality teams
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure safe and effective work
- Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, uptime, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance, plant operations, or utilities
- 1–2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and facility systems
- Experience in manufacturing, data center, or technical production environments
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with server manufacturing or data center infrastructure
- Exposure to cooling systems (cooling towers, adiabatic cooling, CDUs, liquid cooling)
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Background in energy management or sustainability initiatives
