Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is looking foramid-level Facilities SpecialistTeam Leadto support a government customer in Huntsville, AL

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, oversees, and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy.
• Walk the projects with the Project Manager andidentifyany potential issues that affect equipment access and operational requirements for the O&M Program.
• Coordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities. Works closely with Space Management to ensure employees havedesignatedseating.
• Responsible for obtaining proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects. Once services arecompletedensure invoices areaccurateand paid on time.
• Responsible for bar coding new equipment and entering information into the facility integration tool for the preventive maintenance program.
• Responsible work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.Ensure work orders are checked monthly to verify the metrics meet our O&M parameters. Becomeproficientutilizingthe facility integration tool forsubmittingservice requests. Obtain monthly metrics from the program for executive reporting on service order completion rates.
• Responsible for facility inspections,to includequality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports. Report any anomalies to the Supervisory Facility Operations Specialists.
• Coordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities. Works closely with Space Management to ensure employees havedesignatedseating. Work with senior facility operations specialists and understand the process of Space Management.
• Responsible for obtaining proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Associate degree with focus on technical, engineering, or architectural areas.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Microsoft Office suite of tools.
• Facility management certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
