Schedule: Hybrid - Will need to plan on being onsite at least 3 days per week.
Planner Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant curriculum; Architecture, Facility Management or Interior Design preferred
Three to five years of architectural/facilities planning experience under the direct supervision of an architect, related professional, or at a large-scale corporation environment
Proficient operation of CADD Micro Station system
Strong PC skills
Proficient with Autodesk Revit preferred
Planner Description:
Prepares plans for allocation and utilization of space
Designs, develops and coordinates layouts to meet building occupants' operational requirements
Arranges for changes in floor space which includes such revisions as necessary to accommodate new furniture, equipment or accessories and required facilities as additions or relocations of telephone, computers and/or special electrical requirements
Develops concepts and supervises the design and fabrication of new equipment, furniture and furnishings; collaborates with manufacturers in the preparation of custom-made equipment, arranges for cost estimates for equipment, furniture, furnishings, and other building appurtenances and decor
Monitors and ensures compliance with organizations established standards
Prepares layout of space to meet system's needs and selects furniture and furnishings for offices with color selection being compatible to building decor
Assembles and manages a project team internal or external of resources necessary meeting the project goals and objectives
Prepares required plans and specifications for bidding documents
Assists in the preparation and analysis of surveys and forecasting to aid in corporate long range and master space planning needs
May perform non-related construction project work as required
