Facilities Manager for UHNW Family [No Agencies Please]

 

Location: Houston, Texas

 

Job Title: Facilities Manager

 

Schedule: Full-Time – Weekdays 8am – 5pm (occasional weekend availability as needed)

 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Stone Garden Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager for a 12,000 squared feet private residence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in household maintenance, as well as experience managing high-end properties. This role requires a hands-on professional who will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure five-star service is delivered.

Requirements:

·      At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance, similar role supporting UHNW families or luxury estates is a plus.

·      Strong knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, irrigation and HVAC systems.

·      Hands-on experience with water filtration systems and emergency generators is a plus

·      Proficient with tools and equipment for grounds and household maintenance

·      Discreet, trustworthy, and professional

·      Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities or tasks

·      Use of tools such as, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Nines

·      Familiar with Apps such as, Savant, Lutron, FloLogic, and YoLink

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

·      Maintain all facilities of the estate. To include, but not limited to: HVAC & Irrigation system, backup generator, water filtration system, and swimming pool and addressing any repairs or adjustments as needed.

·      Collaborate with Gardener and other vendors to ensure the grounds are maintained impeccably

·      Oversee the organization and implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule

·      Handle basic household repairs and maintenance tasks

·      Provide additional hands-on support for tasks related to the outdoor areas or household requests

·      Perform regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve potential issues promptly

·      Provide occasional weekend support for special projects or urgent tasks

·      Assist Dir. of Operations in vetting and selection of qualified vendors to service the property

·      Ability to lift 50 pounds

·      Frequent bending, stooping and stretching

·      Ability to use a ladder up to 12’
