Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting all utility systems that support production within a food manufacturing facility. This position ensures that water heaters, refrigeration systems, compressed air systems, HVAC equipment, water treatment processes, and related infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Technician plays a critical role in supporting the continuous manufacturing operations, food safety standards, and facility reliability.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment at a new plant. As part of a startup operation, you will be responsible for setting up equipment and overseeing building maintenance for the entire facility.
