Facilities Coordinator
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.
Location: Dallas
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $20-25ph
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and communicate next steps with Facility Team Members
• Perform fingerprinting services for employees and contractors
• Support and enhance the café experience (stocking, engagement)
• Maintain and organize facilities rooms and supplies
• Prepare and reset workstations for new hires
• Coordinate room setups to meet business needs
• Perform light maintenance (copiers, coffee machines, water filters, ice machines)
• Manage inventory for office and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed
• Provide front desk coverage when required

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in facilities, workplace support, or office coordination is a plus
