Introduction to the role:
The facilities Coordinator – Workplace Services is responsible for independently managing day-to-day workplace operations at the assigned CSC India office. This role acts as the on-ground operations lead, ensuring consistent service delivery across soft services, employee transport, and workplace experience, while maintaining compliance and cost discipline. The position requires hands-on execution with ownership, proactive issue resolution, and strong vendor management capability.
Some of the things you will be doing:
1. Workplace Operations & Service Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of workplace services (housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, waste management, front office)
- Ensure daily service quality, hygiene standards, and workplace readiness
- Conduct structured walkthroughs and drive closure of issues without escalation dependency
- Ensure readiness for audits, leadership visits, and business-critical operations
- Maintain accurate seating plans, occupancy tracking, and workspace utilization data
2. Vendor Management & Governance
- Act as single point of contact for all site vendors
- Drive vendor performance against SLAs, including:
- Service quality
- Manpower deployment
- Compliance adherence
- Conduct monthly vendor reviews and highlight risks proactively
- Ensure statutory compliance documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Escalate performance gaps with clear data—not opinions
3. Helpdesk & ServiceNow Ownership
- Own ServiceNow / CAFM operations for the site:
- Ticket triaging, assignment, tracking, closure
- Ensure SLA adherence and user satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process fixes, not just closures
- Maintain clean ticket hygiene (audit-proof records)
4. Employee Transportation Management
- Manage end-to-end transport operations: o Routing, rostering, vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance (driver verification, permits, vehicle standards) • Track service reliability and employee feedback
- Validate transport invoices with data-backed verification
5. Technical Coordination (Informed Oversight)
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and ensure execution
- Coordinate with engineering vendors for breakdown resolution
- Maintain statutory compliance logs (fire, electrical, safety audits)
- Support emergency drills and safety programs
6. Financial & Commercial Discipline
- Support PR/PO processes and vendor onboarding
- Verify invoices with operational validation (not blind approval)
- Maintain site-level cost trackers and consumption data
- Highlight cost inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance for operational requirements
- Support onboarding/offboarding (access, seating, readiness)
- Maintain documentation in ServiceNow, SharePoint, and trackers
- Respond to global queries with accurate and timely inputs Systems & Tools

What Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need
- Education: Graduate (BBA / B.Sc / Hospitality / Equivalent)
- Experience: 6–12 years in Facilities / Workplace / Hospitality operations
- Certifications (Preferred): o IFMA FMP o IOSH / Safety certifications
- Strong vendor handling capability (firm but professional)
- Ability to operate independently at site level
- Experience with ServiceNow / CAFM systems
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Working knowledge of compliance, audits, and workplace standards
