As a Home Delivery Facilities Associate, you will represent the RH brand by taking great care of facilities maintenance and housekeeping across the Home Delivery Centers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Build and maintain partnerships within the Home Delivery Team
  • Assist in the quality repairs and upkeep of the Home Delivery Center including building, grounds, systems, storage structures and devices
  • Cleaning and maintaining break area appliances, office upgrades, maintenance and repairs at the highest level
  • Ensure grounds and landscaping are maintained properly
  • Carpet repair, moving furniture in and out of offices, and hanging art and decor
  • Self-motivated as well as preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance
  • Maintain a safe work environment by observing & amp; enforcing OSHA and HAZMAT requirements
  • Partner with third party services to ensure needs are met for the Home Delivery Center operations
  • Execute a level of quality and service with work orders and ensure work is completed as required to meet the needs of the operation
  • Assist in the housekeeping of the Home Delivery Center at all levels
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors, tidying rooms, gathering trash, and restocking supplies
  • Polishing furniture, deep cleaning rugs, floors, windows, and walls while also keeping all areas free of dust
  • Deep cleaning and refreshing of the restrooms

  • Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps a plus
  • Creative problem solving and innovative approaches to complex problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts and travel overnight 25% of the time
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently moving and lifting small to medium items up to 75 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Spends time working in a warehouse and office setting
  • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching and climbing
  • Might be exposed to cold and hot temperature and noisy environment
