MajorDuties

  • Manages space requests, ensuring validity, proper documentation, and adherence to deadlines. Participates in developing and implementing worldwide space policy. Evaluates office plans for practicality, economy, and conformity with standards.
  • Prepares and reviews detailed AutoCAD drawings for office construction, demolition, and renovation. Coordinates all facility and telecom requirements with stakeholders and performs technical reviews of contractor designs to ensure a turnkey product.
  • Projects and coordinates construction cost estimates for budgeting purposes. Uses GSA, FAR, and DoW standards to determine construction methods, timeframes, material quantities, and all associated costs to complete each project phase.
  • Maintains space allocation records and plans using a computerized tracking system. Conducts on-site utilization surveys and attends space-acceptance meetings to ensure efficient use of all assigned office space.
  • Plans and executes organizational relocations by working with DoW, GSA, and contractors. Prepares detailed AutoCAD floor plans for furniture, telecom, and electrical layouts to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations during moves.
