EHS & Facilities Manager

We are partnering with a global, industry-leading life sciences organization to identify an experienced EHS & Facilities Manager to support a high-visibility manufacturing site.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing facility operations—all while leading key sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and enhance Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across the site
• Champion a proactive safety culture and drive measurable improvements in performance
• Oversee OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance, including audits and reporting
• Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Direct facilities operations, including maintenance, infrastructure, and capital projects
• Ensure effective preventative maintenance programs and work order execution
• Lead sustainability initiatives focused on energy, waste, and environmental impact
• Support and maintain ISO certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in EHS and Facilities leadership within a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in regulated industries (life sciences, medical device, pharma preferred)
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and compliance standards
• Experience with ISO certifications (14001 / 45001)
• Proven ability to drive safety improvements and cultural change
• Experience overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects
• Exposure to sustainability / ESG initiatives is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
