We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivatedFabricator-Welderto join our team. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive starting pay rate of$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on your recent and relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and a minimum of eight years of experience working with various welding techniques. A strong proficiency in the following skills is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise as a Class “A”Fabricator-Welderwith the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
Recent, hands-on experience with Arc, Mig, Tig, Stick, and Flux Core Welding.
Proficiency in operating shop equipment, including torches, drills, plasma cutters, saws, and shears.
Ability to work a demanding schedule, which includes a Monday-Saturday shift from 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Overtime as needed is required.
The physical ability to stand for extended periods and consistently lift 50 pounds or more.
