The location is actively expanding, with plans to hire multiple new team members and move into a larger facility to support continued growth. Motivated individuals have a quick path to increased responsibility, with clear opportunities to step into lead roles and advance within a short period of time. This environment rewards initiative, reliability, and craftsmanship, offering long-term career potential for those who want to build their skills and grow with the business.

Work Environment

This role is based in a small, clean manufacturing plant that operates more like a compact workshop than a large factory. The facility includes a single main entrance where vans are brought in one at a time for upfit and installation work, allowing focused attention on each vehicle. You will work hands-on with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment in a collaborative shop setting. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, providing consistent daytime hours.
