  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges and improve manufacturability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to all company safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and shop workflow optimization to enhance productivity and quality.

Essential Skills

Why Work Here?

You join a team that values innovation and empowers employees to contribute meaningful ideas and solutions. The organization encourages initiative, professional growth, and continuous learning, allowing you to have a direct impact on the future of engineering and custom-engineered solutions. You work in a culture that recognizes hard work, supports collaboration, and trusts individuals to take ownership of their craft.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fabrication shop environment that currently operates in one standing building, with a larger facility under construction. The shop is heated and uses open garage doors and fans for cooling instead of air conditioning. You work on and around fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and welding machines, and you spend most of the day on your feet in a hands-on, physically active setting. The atmosphere is team-oriented, with a strong focus on safety, collaboration, and supporting one another to deliver high-quality, custom-engineered equipment.
