Fabricator - Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and has experience working with metal fabrication equipment. You will operate a variety of machines—including lasers, benders, and CNC equipment—to produce precision parts and components that support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal components, including pipe and sheet metal.
• Operate equipment such as:
  • Table and tube lasers
  • Tube benders
  • CNC routers
  • Table saws and other fabrication tools
• Build and assemble custom shipping crates as needed.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, work instructions, and measurements.
• Perform general carpentry tasks related to production.
• Maintain a safe work environment and properly handle materials up to 50 lbs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficiency in:
  • Saw operation
  • Measuring and layout
  • Assembly and fabrication processes
• Hands-on experience with CNC lasers, sheet metal fabrication, and press brakes.
• Skilled in using standard hand and power tools.

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating fabrication machinery, including:
  • Tube lasers
  • Sheet lasers
  • Tube benders
  • Turret or punch presses
• Ability to understand safety protocols, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
