  • ties:Lead the fabrication group and ensure that our existing capabilities are maximized for effic

  • ishesMarket structural steel fabrication as a deliverable to outside cl
  • ientsDevelop metrics and estimating procedures for structural steel and turnkey design build solut
  • ions.Standardize the Hermanson skid/moduralization pac
  • kagesDevelop a Hermanson product line, including the engineering, pricing, sourcing and marke
  • ting.Work closely with the shops, detailing, engineering and PM’s implement all these
  • itemsEnsure the latest technology is being implemented into our shops and work flow, full paperless and utilization of latest technolo
  • gies.Working with QA/QC lead to ensure all process and procedures are docume
  • nted.Work with Field, Shop, Superintendent and Detailers, to ensure that open communication and efficiency is driven into our work

Education/Exp

erience:Four year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of four years experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required. An understanding of construction documents, scheduling, cost control, and d


rawings.
Languag

e Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure


manuals.


Software:Ability to utilize MS suite of tools, Autodesk Revit, Inventor and Navisworks as


a minimum.
