Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and experienced Extrusion Operators for a manufacturing facility in Dalton, GA. This role will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to safely produce quality fiber/plastic products while meeting production and quality standards. Two shifts are available: B-Shift and D-Shift working from 7:00 pm to 7:00 amand thepay rate is $17.00 per hour.Key Job Responsibilities:
Operate extrusion line equipment according to safety and production requirements
Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, speeds, and material flow; adjust settings as needed
Load raw materials and verify correct material/lot information
Perform quality checks throughout the shift (measurements, appearance, specifications) and document results
Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and line cleanings
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance/lead as needed
Maintain accurate production paperwork and reports
Follow all PPE, safety policies, and housekeeping/5S standards
Requirements for Position:
Extrusion experience is required
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and work independently
Basic math and attention to detail for measurements and documentation
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift in a production environment
Strong attendance and reliability for 12-hour shifts
Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing setting
May involve heat, noise, and working near moving machinery (PPE required)
