Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Wilmington, DE, for an Extrusion Line Operator. The operator will manage and monitor 3D printing filament extrusion machines, perform quality checks on finished products, and ensure proper machine calibration and maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, troubleshooting equipment issues, handling raw materials, and adhering to production schedules. The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and understanding of equipment functionality
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure production standards are met
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Capacity for Training and mentoring others as needed
- Basic Computer Literacy and ability to use production software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
