Experienced Flexo and Digital Press Operator

This full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX, entails operating and maintaining flexographic and digital printing presses. Responsibilities include setting up and running printing jobs according to customer specifications, conducting quality inspections during production, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance. The operator will collaborate with team members, oversee pre-press activities, and ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and project deadlines.

• Experience in Machine Operation and Printing, specifically in flexographic and digital press environments
• Strong skills in Quality Control with a focus on ensuring adherence to customer and industry standards
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with printing equipment
• Knowledge of Pre-press processes and the ability to prepare files and materials for production
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the printing industry is highly advantageous
