Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator in our Belmar, NJ location. Responsibilities include setting up and operating embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality production standards, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining embroidery equipment. The role also requires collaborating with other team members and ensuring efficient workflow for client orders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Machine Operation with experience in operating and maintaining embroidery machinery
• Ability to perform Quality Control checks to ensure precision and attention to detail
• Knowledge and practical experience in working with Machinery and Hand Tools
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and follow safety procedures
• Prior experience in embroidery or screen printing is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
