What You’ll Do:

As an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer, you will be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your role will include:

• Providing top-notch service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate services
• Communicating effectively with both customers and the service team to ensure a seamless experience
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services to assist customers efficiently

• Proven experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar role
• A strong track record as a high performer in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
