Job Title: Experience Researcher (Producer Focus)
Contract Length: 12+ Month contract
On Site Work
Location: Plano, TX 75024
Seeking a highly experienced Experience Researcher with a strong focus on qualitative research and operational execution. This role functions as a Producer, responsible for driving research initiatives, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. The position emphasizes research strategy, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence rather than design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end experience research, including planning, moderating, and analyzing qualitative data
- Translate complex research findings into structured insights and actionable outcomes
- Manage intake and scope for complex research and strategy projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business objectives
- Drive capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
- Maintain visibility into project goals, progress, and execution phases
- Contribute to research and strategy work during key project stages
- Provide mentorship and coaching in research methods, facilitation, and strategy
- Offer oversight and guidance on research methodology, analysis, and synthesis
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and operational workflows
- Own team metrics, reporting, and performance tracking across projects
- Communicate outcomes and impact to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage team documentation, assets, and organizational tools
- Support day-to-day operations and administrative functions to maintain delivery velocity
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience conducting end-to-end qualitative experience research, including analysis and pattern identification
- 6+ years of experience with quantitative measurement, metrics development, and reporting
- 6+ years of experience with organizational and project management methods
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify relationships across datasets
- Advanced facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
- Strong background in human-centered research methods and strategy
- Demonstrated experience in program and/or project management
Required Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint
- FigJam / digital whiteboarding tools
- Maze (basic understanding)
Additional Notes
- This role is research-focused; design experience is not required
- Emphasis on moderated, strategic qualitative research beyond digital-only environments
- Requires strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building capabilities
- Candidates must be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and structuring complex initiatives
