Ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation (hot, delicious, and properly dressed plates) and customer service. Performs duties in a conscientious, pleasant, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers.
Dress all plates for food server.
Ensure food servers pick up food in a prompt manner.
Call back re-fire, side orders, etc., and deal one on one with cooks.
Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and fellow co-workers.
