About the Role

This position is the on-site leader for vendor logistics, managing all load-in and load-out activity for conventions and events. You’ll coordinate vendors, control dock operations, and ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and freight movement
  • Manage dock schedules, traffic flow, and freight elevators
  • Ensure vendors follow hotel guidelines, safety standards, and timelines
  • Conduct walkthroughs to protect hotel property and track accountability
  • Partner with Event Services, Engineering, and Security teams
  • Solve real-time operational challenges during events

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, logistics, or operations
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to lead and enforce standards with vendors
  • Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
