Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility services, or B2B commercial cleaning sales. The ideal candidate understands the cleaning industry, knows how to build strong client relationships, and is comfortable working directly with property managers, facility directors, healthcare offices, and business owners.
This is an in-office position based in King of Prussia, PA. We are looking for someone committed, dependable, and dedicated to being present in the office daily while actively managing sales activities in the field.
Job Summary
As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, conducting walkthroughs, preparing proposals, and closing commercial cleaning contracts. This role requires someone who is driven, professional, organized, and ready to contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, property managers, facility directors, and healthcare administrators
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and assess client cleaning needs
- Prepare and present customized proposals and service solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close long-term commercial cleaning contracts
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking using CRM software
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maintain strong relationships and retention
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, walkthroughs, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning sales, janitorial sales, or facility services sales required
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations and industry standards
- Proven ability to generate leads and close contracts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to company goals
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Commitment to working from the office daily
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
