We are growing and looking to add an ambitious, relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to our team.
Position Overview
The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across Accounting & Finance and Legal searches, partnering closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. This individual will play a key role in sourcing top talent, developing client relationships, and helping drive the continued growth of the firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by relationship building, business development, and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake call through offer negotiation and placement
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for Accounting, Finance, and Legal opportunities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and position requirements
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain communication between candidates and clients
- Lead candidate debrief and pre-close conversations to assess interest and manage expectations
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist in closing candidates
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline management within ATS/CRM systems
- Assist with business development initiatives, market mapping, and client relationship management
- Represent Elevate Search professionally across LinkedIn and networking events
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of recruiting experience required
- Strong preference for experience in Legal and Accounting & Finance Recruiting
- Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and clients
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
