Executive Personal Assistant to Global CEO - Media & Entertainment - Midtown - $140-165k


A global media and entertainment company is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support its Global CEO from its Midtown Manhattan headquarters. Serving as a true right-hand partner, this role will manage a complex blend of executive, personal, and household operations-related responsibilities while helping ensure the CEO remains organized, focused, and operating at peak efficiency across a demanding global schedule.


The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This individual must be comfortable balancing high-level executive support with personal assistance responsibilities, exercising impeccable discretion, sound judgment, and a white-glove service mentality. The role requires someone who can seamlessly manage competing priorities, coordinate across multiple time zones, communicate professionally with high-profile stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Global CEO’s highly complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones and international stakeholders.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, itineraries, and last-minute schedule changes.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, agendas, briefing documents, and expense reports.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and strategic priorities, ensuring the CEO remains informed and prepared for upcoming commitments.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate high-profile meetings, events, dinners, and entertainment arrangements on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide personal assistance support, including household coordination, personal appointments, reservations, gifting, and special projects.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and administrative staff globally to facilitate efficient workflow and communication across the organization.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO in both business and personal matters.


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience supporting C-Level leadership strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with shifting priorities


Salary: $140k-$165k + Bonus and strong benefits
