As an Executive Director on the Payments Network Strategy team within the Consumer & Community Bank (CCB), you will drive the strategic vision and industry advocacy for the ACH, Open Banking Payments and Transaction Tagging. The scope of this role spans advocacy and engagement with Nacha, ACH operators, regional payments associations, originating and receiving financials institutions, aggregators, trade associations, and industry stakeholders impacting the next generation of payments for consumers and small businesses.
As a leader on this team, you will oversee the development and execution of Retail and Small Business strategies where these capabilities come into play, manage key partnerships, and ensure effective collaboration across JP Morgan Chase. You will partner closely with senior executives and functional leaders across the retail and commercial bank, support Payments Network Strategy broadly and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on the firm’s most critical priorities.
The primary goal of the Payments Network Strategy team is to deliver customer value through broad-based advocacy to influence the strategic direction of the payments industry in a rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.
