  • This is a remote position.
  • This critical position provides advanced senior level administrative and business partnering support while demonstrating enhanced interpersonal relationship skills, a high degree of proficiency in utilizing computer programs and office equipment, and knowledge of subject matter related to the Office of the SEVP Chief Strategy Officer and the organization.Work is performed with minimal to no direction or supervision.
  • Provide administrative support services for the Chief Strategy Officer in an environment that requires a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel itineraries, telephone conferences, meetings, and presenters that support meetings, conferences and workshops.
  • Assume lead responsibility for various project-based assignments in support of CSO’s initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence for CSO.
  • Maintain corporate Board records and CSO approvals per the CommonSpirit Governance Matrix.
  • Manage expense reporting for CSO per Concur/CommonSpirit Health parameters.
  • Plan offsite meetings, programs and group dinners – including site location and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct research, compile data and provide input in preparation for budget process
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key external stakeholders (i.e. Board members, Church officials, Congregation representatives, professional associations, government representatives)
  • Proactively and independently plan, develop and schedule future agendas and meetings on behalf of CSO

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Education Level
Bachelor’s Degree upon hire or may have 15 years of administrative experience total in lieu of a degree.
Ten years of administrative experience including five years of executive assistant experience
Two years at a senior officer level.
