This Executive Compensation Attorney role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated executive pay arrangements and benefits matters tied to corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities


• Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters

• Structure and negotiate compensation packages in connection with corporate transactions

• Collaborate with corporate, tax, and finance teams on deal-related compensation issues

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on ERISA and related regulations

• Draft agreements, plans, and documentation related to compensation and benefits

• Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings

• Maintain direct communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance

Qualifications


• 1–8+ years of experience as an Executive Compensation Attorney or ERISA Attorney

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the New York Bar (NY Bar required) or eligibility to waive in

• Experience with transactional matters preferred

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
