This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Catering Chef, located in Nashville, TN. The Executive Catering Chef will be responsible for overseeing menu creation, planning, and preparation while managing the kitchen staff to maintain the company's high standards of quality and presentation. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating with clients to execute personalized culinary experiences for events. Leadership, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service skills
• Strong Culinary Skills with an emphasis on diverse cuisines and menu innovation
• Experience in Culinary Management, including leadership, team coordination, and inventory control
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to providing outstanding service and high-quality culinary experiences
• Prior experience in catering or a professional kitchen environment is highly beneficial
• Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
