Job Description

Think of this role as being the Showrunner of a reality show, except the show is real life, the stakes are high, and the cast includes authors, media personalities, CEOs, and clients across the globe.

TGC Worldwide is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Founder, a bi-coastal, high-output, always-moving creative with a calendar that would make most people sweat. What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Owning the Founder's calendar — professional, media, and personal — across time zones and coasts
  • Scheduling travel, client meetings (virtual and in-person), personal appointments, and events like a seasoned air traffic controller
  • Acting as the "third eye" on Founder calls, capturing every detail, getting it into ClickUp, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks internally or externally
  • Managing a high-traffic inbox with professionalism, urgency, and smart problem-solving
  • Tracking and expensing the Founder's spending to the correct accounts
  • Traveling with the Founder 2–5 days at a time to client meetings, events, and wherever the work takes us
  • Sending invoices via QuickBooks, reconciling expense reports, and helping manage street teams when needed


Your Background Might Include

  • Executive or personal assistant experience in a fast-moving environment
  • A background in book publishing, public relations, or scripted/unscripted TV production — all deeply applicable here
  • Strong command of ClickUp, QuickBooks, or similar tools (or the ability to learn fast)
  • A reputation for being the most organized person in any room you walk into

Compensation

We believe in meeting great people where they are:

  • Newer to the industry but hungry? We'll give you the shot in exchange for an extraordinary work ethic — $45K–$50K annually
  • Seasoned EA who can buy back the Founder's time on day one? — $80K–$90K annually

Location

Philadelphia-based with WFH flexibility. Frequent travel to the West Coast. Hybrid arrangements for out-of-state candidates may be considered for the right person.
