HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Resposibilities:

Performs secretarial and routine administrative duties for the VicePresident/Chief Financial Officer. Supervises Administrative Assistant toExecutive Director of Finance and oversees general operation of FinanceOffice.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Qualification:

Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent; Preferred: AA,Vocational/Technical School Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Required Experience:

Five (5) years of executive office management experience required. Eight (8)years experience preferred.

  • Proficient typing and computer skills to include Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and MS Office.
  • Manage Vice President/ CFO's calendar, handle and screen callsappropriately, coordinate trips, handle special arrangements, preparemeeting documents, etc.
  • Transcribe and prepare correspondence. Highly developed ability toindependently create communication and correspondence withregulatory agencies, professional advisors and others as directed byCFO.
  • Assist with preparation of corporate minutes, schedules, notes, andplanning related to TMH Board committees and subsidiaries.
  • Maintenance of corporate records relating to real estate, insurancepolicies, bank and trust accounts, bond documents and otherpermanent records as required.
  • Coordinate CFO interactions with other members of Financemanagement team in a cordial, efficient manner to facilitate timelycompletion of time sensitive deadlines.
  • Maintain a calendar of sensitive deadlines for matters such as taxreturns, AHCA regulatory filings, Medicare filings, and other regulatoryand non-regulatory matters deemed essential to the operation of theHospital.
