Your new role
In this Executive Assistant role, you will act as the primary support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations, communications, and priorities. You will manage a dynamic executive calendar, prepare high level correspondence, oversee meetings and projects, and handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, and the ability to stay ahead of shifting needs in a fast-paced environment.
What you will need to succeed
• 6+ years of executive administrative experience
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills including grammar and proofreading
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
• High attention to detail, strong judgment, and proactive problem solving
