Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Henrico, VA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to Broker Owners, oversee administrative tasks, manage reports, and facilitate effective communication. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring the operational efficiency of the office. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support experience
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and other financial documentation
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal correspondence
  • Expertise in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and organizational tasks
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Real estate experience or knowledge of the industry is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
