One of our clients, a family office in Greenwich, CT is looking for an add to staff EA:
Start: Part-time, 20 – 30 hours/week, days and hours negotiable
Temp: 4-5 months, hourly position, contracted-- $55/hr+
End-Goal: Full-time, salaried position with benefits-- 125K+
Schedule: 20-30 hours/week (days/hours negotiable) while part-time; Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, once full-time, off-hours: very limited overtime; occasional, unpredictable travel or scheduling emergencies (ex. flight cancellations)

Profile A highly experienced career EA who operates independently, anticipates needs, and manages complexity without training. A hands-on and tech-savvy person who enjoys organizing systems and shows strong execution across the Managing Partner’s professional needs.
Responsibilities
Full calendar + scheduling ownership for Founder & Managing Partner
Travel planning and logistics, meeting prep, materials prep, note-taking, and follow-up
On-site vendor coordination and administrative operations
IT vendor management and issue troubleshooting
Internal systems ownership (Microsoft Workspace, file structures, access permissions)
Office inventory management

Orchestrates elite calendar + travel management (multi-party, high-touch)
Communicates strongly across co-workers, clients, and stakeholders (internal + external)
Organizes through highly detail-oriented and proactive processes
Manages tech needs, including devices, software, and IT vendors
