Executive Assistant – SNF Operations Support

Location: Garden Springs Corporate Office

Reports To: Corporate Leadership Team

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant serves as a high-impact support partner to the Garden Springs executive team, assisting across a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives.

This role goes beyond traditional executive support. The ideal candidate brings prior experience within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment and can confidently support initiatives spanning HR, business office operations, vendor coordination, and corporate communications. This individual acts as a connector across departments and helps ensure follow-through on key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to executive leadership, including calendar management, coordination, and follow-through on key initiatives
  • Draft and manage correspondence including offer letters, internal communications, and external messaging
  • Assist with social media coordination and content posting aligned with company initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants, including contract follow-up and communication
  • Support HR-related processes including recruiting coordination, onboarding, and offer letter preparation
  • Assist with billing and revenue cycle follow-up, including coordination with facility business office teams
  • Track and follow up on key deliverables across departments to ensure accountability and completion
  • Support special projects including acquisitions, new facility onboarding, and operational initiatives
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, contracts, and corporate records
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and facility-level staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting (HR, Business Office, Social Services, or Operations)
  • Strong understanding of SNF operations, including basic familiarity with billing, staffing, and regulatory environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate or regional leadership in a multi-site SNF organization
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar systems
  • Experience with social media management in a professional setting
