A fast-moving, high-profile music/entertainment company is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate need, offering the chance to step into a critical role and become a trusted right hand. What You’ll Do

• Manage complex, high-volume calendaring

• Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics; travel with President as needed

• Handle expenses, meetings, and day-to-day support

• Partner with A&R on artist relations and development

• Keep priorities on track and operations moving

• Communicate across executives, teams, and talent

• Anticipate needs and solve issues quickly


What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of Executive Assistant experience

• Music/entertainment or similar industry experience preferred

• Professional, polished, and comfortable with executives and talent

• Strong communicator who can adapt to different audiences

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Willing to travel


Role Details

Full-time, temp-to-hire

Onsite in San Francisco (office + studio)

Travel required


Compensation

Up to $110K base (upon conversion) + benefits
