About the Role
You will work directly with the founder to manage priorities, streamline communication, and ensure day-to-day operations are executed efficiently. The right person will bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
• Oversee and organize email inbox and communications
• Track priorities, capture tasks, and ensure follow-through
• Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements
• Assist with organization and tracking of personal finances
• Handle a wide range of personal and administrative tasks
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
