The Executive Assistant III provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Prime Video Finance, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced entertainment and finance environment. This role focuses heavily on complex calendar management, coordination of meetings and travel, and proactive management of priorities and action items. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the VP, helping to manage a high volume of information and requests while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
This role operates within the international finance organization supporting Prime Video, with close collaboration across finance leadership and business team leaders. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with a strong network of Executive Assistants who partner closely and provide mutual backup. The position is onsite in Seattle, working standard business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, reflecting the entertainment and streaming industry, and offers regular interaction with a team of Executive Assistants and senior leaders. The role is currently open to provide coverage for a planned leave of absence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $38.00/hr.
