We’re seeking a strategic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and General Manager (VPGM) of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support – it’s a trusted partnership role focused on enabling the VPGM and leadership team to operate effectively. You will help manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure strong execution across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to always operate with professionalism and discretion.

The C4ISR Executive Assistant operates at the intersection of prioritization, coordination, and communication with a direct impact on leadership effectiveness. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, and the remainder remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides seamless administrative and strategic support to the VPGM and the C4ISR Systems leadership team, including calendar management, commitments and communications to align with evolving business priorities.

  • Prioritizes and triages requests, ensuring focus on the most critical activities.

  • Anticipates needs and prepare the executive for key meetings, decisions, and engagements.

  • Tracks and supports follow-through on key actions and initiatives across multiple workstreams.

  • Ensures alignment on priorities and deadlines, maintaining momentum across the leadership team.

  • Proactively identifies and addresses gaps in execution or communication and streamlines workflows.

  • Coordinates leadership team meetings, offsites, key events and reviews with a focus on organization (logistics, catering, room set-up), clarity, and outcomes.

  • Supports onboarding and integration of new team members to ensure a strong integration and favorable employee experience.

  • Builds effective working relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration and alignment.

  • Develops and refines presentations and communications based on input or draft material.

  • Ensures materials are clear, professional, and aligned to leadership expectations.

  • Serves as an extension of the executive’s leadership presence by leading with professionalism, consistency and judgment in interactions internally and externally.

  • Improves processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce friction.

  • Leverages collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.) to enhance team connectivity.

  • Maintains organization across systems, materials, and office operations.

  • Supports project tracking, follow-ups, and action item completion across multiple workstreams.

  • Contributes to a positive, professional environment that reflects organizational values.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or closely related position, or Bachelor's degree and 2 (two) years of experience, or High School diploma, and eight (8) yrs of relevant experience.

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders (VP-level preferred) managing competing priorities, operating independently, and maintaining alignment to business objectives.

  • Proven ability to assess urgency and importance, making sound decisions with limited direction, and handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.

  • Strong track record of managing multiple workstreams, driving follow-ups, and ensuring consistent execution across teams and timelines.

  • Clear, concise communicator with experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials; ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working across teams, functions, and geographically dispersed groups to coordinate activities and maintain alignment.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; managing logistics, systems, and information with accuracy and consistency.

  • Experience navigating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience leveraging technology to improve efficiency and collaboration.



Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63454 - $101526

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
