Executive Assistant / Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly capable, organized, and proactive person to serve in a unique dual-role position.


Initially, this role will function primarily as an Executive Assistant supporting a fast-moving founder across multiple venture-backed businesses and projects, including the upcoming DRG Athletic Club and other Dr. Gains-related operations. Once the club opens, this person will also become the front desk / reception lead for the gym, helping create a high-end, polished, and welcoming member experience.


This is not a low-level admin role. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to keep many moving parts organized without constant oversight.


The right person will enjoy building systems, solving problems, handling logistics, communicating professionally, and helping bring structure to a growing business. Over time, this role can grow into a key operations position within the company.


What You'll Do


1) Executive Assistant responsibilities (REMOTE — begins immediately)


  • Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Help organize priorities, tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects across multiple businesses
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Handle email and communications support
  • Assist with vendor communication, outreach, and basic business correspondence
  • Help track documents, expenses, agreements, and operational details
  • Research products, services, vendors, and local business resources
  • Assist with light project management and keep important initiatives moving
  • Help create order, systems, and administrative structure as the company grows
  • Support the founder with a wide range of day-to-day operational needs


2) Front desk / member experience responsibilities (ON SITE — begins in August)


  • Serve as the face of DRG Athletic Club at the front desk once the facility opens
  • Greet members and guests in a warm, professional, polished manner
  • Answer questions, assist with member needs, and create a premium first impression
  • Handle check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and front desk communication
  • Maintain a clean, organized, high-end front desk and reception environment
  • Support onboarding, tours, and general member service
  • Help uphold the brand standard and overall member experience


About DRG


DRG Athletic Club will open in August or September. It will be the most premium fitness club in Utah, and will have three main elements:


DRG Training Facility

  • A world-class workout facility filled with premium machines and equipment, including many that no other gym in United States has


DRG Recovery Center

  • Featuring luxury recovery equipment like a cryotherapy chamber, longevity capsule, infrared sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light therapy bed, and more


DRG Performance Lab

  • An all-in-one diagnostic and fitness assessment center. It will include medical-grade body composition analysis, 3D body scanning, VO2max testing, BMR testing, force plate testing, and more


Compensation


Compensation will depend on experience, capability, and fit.
