Executive Assistant to CEO & Founder
Non-Profit Organization | Hybrid | West Los Angeles (3 days on-site)
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization based in West Los Angeles, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the CEO and Founder. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage executive priorities, board communications, and complex scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct executive support to the CEO & Founder, serving as primary gatekeeper for all calendar and scheduling needs
• Manage heavy, dynamic calendaring, including internal meetings, donor engagements, external partnerships, and board commitments
• Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, including agendas, presentations, communications, and follow-up actions
• Draft correspondence, manage email flow, and ensure timely responses on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive documents
• Liaise with board members, donors, community partners, and senior leadership with professionalism and discretion
• Support special projects, research, and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
• Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive organizational and board-level information
• Ensure the CEO is prepared for all commitments, including briefing materials and meeting logistics
Qualifications
• Previous experience supporting a C-level executive, Founder, or Board-level leader
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
• Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and complex schedules
• Experience working with a Board of Directors strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
• Prior experience in a non-profit environment is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
• Hybrid role: 3 days on-site in West Los Angeles, 2 days remote

Compensation: $75K
