The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Vice President of Select and Middle Market Accounts. This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness across a complex, client-focused business unit that drives growth and retention for Cigna Healthcare's largest commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the SVP’s calendar, including cross-functional meetings with Sales, Client Management, Underwriting, and Product teams.
Partner to coordinate logistics for National Accounts leadership forums, town halls, and client-facing engagements.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, including materials for operating model reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Maintain department SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and organizational charts.
Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings and strategic reviews.
Serve as liaison with internal services (IT, Facilities, HRBP) to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or client services.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems such as Workday, Concur, and SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Experience supporting organizational change and talent processes within a matrixed environment.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
