Job Title: Executive Assistant II – Programming & Acquisitions

Location: Onsite (Monday–Friday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Non-Exempt (OT Eligible)

Pay Rate: 38.00/hr.-39.70/hr.


Position Summary

This role supports the SVP of Programming & Acquisitions along with two Vice Presidents, assisting with content strategy and partnerships across major sports leagues such as the National Football League, National Basketball Association, Women's National Basketball Association, and Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative operations, act as a strategic partner to leadership, and serve as a key point of contact internally and externally. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Plan and execute high-profile events, executive meetings, and offsite engagements
  • Coordinate detailed, multi-city travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and conduct research as needed
  • Handle expense reports, correspondence, and confidential information
  • Interface with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Manage incoming communications and prioritize effectively
  • Draft emails and communications on behalf of leadership
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Adapt quickly to schedule changes and urgent priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (SVP/VP level)
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Experience with travel coordination and event planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
