  • ortManage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing based on urgency and business goals. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangemen

  • ons:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferr
  • ed).2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or high-growth environmen
  • ts).Exceptional calendar and time management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environm
  • ent.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlo
  • ok).High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity—especially when handling sensitive or confidential information.
