🎤 Events Manager — Remote

📍 Remote

👤 Reports to: CEO

💰 $65K–$75K base · $75K–$85K OTE

🚨 Previous full-time event ownership experience is required

We host 18 executive leadership summits a year across the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest — and we need someone who makes those rooms happen without needing a playbook handed to them.

This isn't a conference room job. It's a show-up-and-own-it job. The Events Manager at caa is one of the people who powers the connection economy in real life — when an executive walks into one of our summits and the room feels effortless, that's you.

👤 Who we're looking for:

✔ Owns an event end-to-end — logistics, vendors, sponsors, budget

✔ Stays calm when something goes sideways (and something always does)

✔ 4–7 years of event management experience

✔ CRM proficiency — Zoho or similar, 3+ years

✔ As comfortable writing a crisp email as working a registration desk

✔ Ready and able to travel throughout the year

🚀 What you'll own:

→ Plan and execute 18 executive summits a year — each with 10–20 sponsors and up to 400 attendees

→ Manage vendor, venue, and sponsor relationships from contract to breakdown

→ Own RSVP tracking, attendance campaigns, and all event materials

→ Coordinate shipping, setup, and breakdown of all caa materials at every event

→ Run the registration desk and keep the room running smoothly on event day

→ Partner with Sales, Editorial, and Digital Marketing on every event lead-up

🎁 What's in it for you:

→ Remote & flexible schedule

→ Mentorship from senior leaders

→ Medical, dental & vision

→ 401(k) with company match

→ Competitive PTO + birthday PTO

→ Paid parental leave → Early Summer Fridays

→ Team member referral bonus

If you love the energy of a live event, want a front-row seat to executive conversations happening across the country, and can jump on board — we want to meet YOU. 🙌
