The Miraval Event Server provides exceptional food and beverage service for meal periods, meetings, weddings, various galas. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to delivering a refined guest experience consistently elevating Miraval Berkshires standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, and special events
· Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and brand standards
· Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d’oeuvres with precision and professionalism
· Provide polished table, beverage, and wine service while anticipating guest needs
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions
· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
· Collaborate with banquet captains, culinary teams, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution
· Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
· Adhere to luxury service etiquette, grooming standards, and uniform requirements
