What does the ROLE entail?
- Liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and the on-site meeting contact
- This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests from the group(s) in the hotel
- Strong guest service orientation
- Fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction
- Other duties include review group billing and special projects within the Events Office and Handling Signage
Your EXPERIENCE:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Unafraid of event related tasks, projects and responsibilities
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, weekends and potential holidays
A fun and energized person
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking
